Creating Stronger Communities
We have a responsibility to be good corporate citizens. That’s why our community engagement program focuses on enriching people’s lives across the world! Take a look at some of our initiatives in the last few years:
Pencils of Promises
In 2017, we partnered with the NGO Pencils of Promises because we believe that every child should have a chance to succeed. Through this partnership we were able to impact over 70,000 students and help them gain access to quality education through infrastructure projects and literacy programs.
The Trevor Project
In 2018, we launched the all-inclusive campaign “They O.K.”, modelled by real members of the LGBTQ+ community. All proceeds of this special pride capsule collection were donated to The Trevor Project, an organization providing crisis intervention and suicide prevention services to LGBTQ people under the age of 25 years old.
A Purposeful Rescue
In 2018, we launched a campaign to help save overlooked dogs from high-kill shelters and help them find new homes. Thanks to all of you we raised and donated over $35,000 dollars for the NGO, A Purposeful Rescue.
Montreal Pride Parade
In 2018, we sponsored the Montreal Pride Festival. We invited employees in the Montreal area to participate in the ten-day long festival and encouraged them to attend and celebrate diverse and inclusive communities.
World Vision
In 2018, our company partnered with World Vision Honduras once more supported the “Children Education & Transformation” program, that directly benefitted more than 3,000 students, 200 teachers, 250 parents, 100 community leaders, and 20 local authority representatives. We have been supporting World Vision Honduras since 2012 and we have invested more than U.S. $231,600 to date.
